RPC 6.1 states that each lawyer should aspire to providing at least 30 hours of pro bono publico hours each year. Any lawyer who reports performing at least 50 hours of pro bono publico in a calendar year is placed on the WSBA Supreme Court Honor Roll.

Formal is used to indicate whether the organization has a defined program/process for connecting mentors and mentees, which may include an application, one-on-one matching or a specific timeline.
Informal is used in all other situations where the organization has opportunities or willingness to connect mentors & mentees, but no formally defined program.
MCLE-accredited is used to describe a program that aligns with the rules that allow MCLE credit for specific structured mentorship programs.
